Selection criteria
Participants will be selected on the basis of the abstract submission. The organizing committee will look for novelty and fit with the theme of the meeting. Trainees and early career researchers will be prioritized for selected oral presentations.
If not selected for an oral presentation, all selected participants will give their presentations in the form of posters. In addition, a number of abstracts will be selected for short oral presentations or flash poster presentations.
Abstract guidelines
Due to the limited number of attendees, the participants will be selected from the applications by the vote of the organizing committee.
Only registered participants attending the event are eligible to submit an abstract.
After you have logged in and successfully registered, you will receive an email asking you to submit your abstract. Click on the link provided and enter your abstract in the text box provided.
