Selection criteria
Selection will be done based on the relevance and scientific quality of the submitted abstracts, while also considering diversity/inclusivity criteria (including gender, ethnicity, and country). The organizers have extensive experience in abstract selection, having organized or been involved in organizing numerous meetings previously, as well as evaluating grants, papers, and job/graduate school applications. For this meeting, abstract selection will explicitly balance inclusivity with technical merit, impact, and scientific diversity (i.e. computational vs molecular vs physiology).
Abstract guidelines
Abstracts should describe the latest work on molecular, biophysical, anatomical, computational and/or functional aspects of dendrites to further our understanding of how these beautiful structures contribute to different brain functions and their abnormalities.
Abstracts should be no longer than 600 words plus references. There are no formatting requirements. Please use the online submission system and copy-paste your text in the specified locations.
