Sustainability

We have also confirmed with the venue that remote lectures are possible and at least one overseas speaker will present online. No single-use ware will be provided, nor plastic bottles. Water will be provided in jugs and we plan to provide each participant with a glass bottle to refill during the meeting. In addition, the hotel will have available fully vegetarian lunch and dinner options, organize bus shuttles to optimize transport from the airport to the venue and set up a payment system for voluntary CO2 compensation.
