About the Workshop
The EMBO Workshop Axons 2021: Structure and Function will be going ahead on the 4–7 October 2021!
Axons are fundamental to information processing in the nervous system, yet remain enigmatic in many basic aspects of their structure, function and plasticity. This EMBO Workshop aims to bring together current leading and early-career (EC) researchers with students, to share and discuss their work in diverse fields of axon biology. Interactive sessions will feature the fields of axon physiology, biophysics, structural biology, cytoskeletal dynamics, neuron-glia organization, activity-dependent reorganization, and axonal disorders. Combining speaker sessions with poster presentations, networking activities and social events will ensure that junior researchers and established scientists share and exchange the latest fundamental insights within a stimulating interactive environment.
The last days to register to our EMBO Workshop is approaching fast! For all of you who have already registered, please note that invoices for registration have sent, or will be sent, by email from the address axons.2021@gmail.com. A complete, exciting and detailed program book will be available shortly before the start of the meeting Thank you for your patience and understanding, and we look forward to seeing you all on October 4!
